Dark tea-Tian jian

Dark Tea is named for its appearance color. It is one of the six teas. It is a fully fermented tea and is mainly produced in Hunan, Sichuan, Yunnan, and Hubei. It is mainly made into compressed tea. The producing technology of Dark tea generally includes four processes: water removing, rolling, pile-fermentation and drying.
